Case 1179

This 21-year-old young lady came to see me in my Raleigh facial plastic surgery office to discuss liposuction under her chin. She was concerned with the appearance of fullness in this area. On examination, I found a small amount of fat with some loose tissue under the skin and a slight decrease in elasticity under her chin. I discussed with her that I would plan to elevate her tissues with liposuction and get a little more contouring under the skin of her chin. As you can see from her pictures here, she did get some subtle but important changes to her appearance. She was very pleased with the results.
