Description
I saw this 40-year-old woman in consultation for a rhinoplasty. She expressed concerns with breathing obstruction and the hump on her nose. She also felt that her nose was asymmetrical in appearance. On examination, I found that her septum was severely deviated. She also had a dorsal hump and asymmetrical tip. I recommended rhinoplasty with major repair to her septum. She returned to see me for a follow up visit and looked fabulous, as shown in these pictures. She reported that her breathing was better and she was very pleased with her \"new\" nose.
