I saw this 32-year-old woman at my practice to discuss rhinoplasty in Raleigh. She expressed her concern with the hump on her nose. On examination, I found a moderately severe dorsal hump on her nose. The tip was somewhat slightly over projected and moderately wide. I discussed with her that I would plan to take down the hump and narrow the tip. We decided to proceed with rhinoplasty. Pictures were taken just one month after her rhinoplasty procedure and she looked great. She agrees that her nose appears more symmetrical with her nasal hump reduced significantly. She was very pleased with the results. I was satisfied with the overall outcome.
