This 56-year-old woman came in to my office requesting a consultation for facial rejuvenation in Raleigh. She was most concerned with the sagging around her eyes and in her neck. On examination, I found a moderately severe brow ptosis (droopy eyebrows). There was also severe excess skin in her upper eyelids and moderately severe fat herniation in both lower eyelids. She also had some cheek and neck sagging with moderately severe jowl formation. I recommended a Raleigh facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and an endoscopic forehead lift. Pictures were taken six months after her surgeries and I felt that the results were excellent. She reported that she felt fabulous and all of her pre-surgery concerns have been corrected.
