Description

This 55-year-old patient came to our practice requesting a consultation for a facelift and a blepharoplasty. She was most concerned with the excess skin in her upper eyelids. On examination, I found that she had mild brow ptosis (droopy eyebrows), moderate excess skin in the upper eyelids, and mild to moderate fat herniation in both lower eyelids. I also observed mild cheek sagging, jowl formation and moderately severe sagging in the submental (neck) area. I recommended an endoscopic forehead lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and a cheek-neck facelift. This patient returned for a follow-up visit with me and expressed that she was very pleased with the results, particularly her bright and perky eyes! I was also very satisfied with what I was able to achieve for her.
